Véronique DUTOIT

Véronique is President and Founding Partner of the business law firm Spring Legal. She has been practicing for over twenty-five years, has acquired a solid experience with clients including international companies, entrepreneurs, investors or institutions in their acquisitions, financing, structuring or restructuring operations (mergers, acquisitions , carve-out, joint-ventures, private equity, LBO, etc.).

Véronique assists companies in their internal and external growth operations in structuring and in all the corporate issues that they may encounter throughout their development. An excellent negotiator, Véronique is involved in merger transactions where her know-how and her listening skills facilitate the conclusion of acquisitions and joint ventures.

Before founding Spring Legal, Véronique began her career as a lawyer at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (1993-1994) and developed her expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and financing within BH & Associés (1995 -2004), which she left in 2004 to found Tolomei Avocats. She joined KGA Avocats in 2016 and then founded Spring Legal in 2017.

Véronique is involved in gender equality; she is administrator and general secretary of the International Women’s Forum France association (The International Women’s Forum is a club which, through the benevolent commitment of its members, works for gender equality in societal issues & highlights women emblematic, part of diversity and legitimate to sit on governance bodies).

Véronique is also Vice-President of Emerize, a Think Tank which aims to promote inter-professionalism between the regulated professions of figures and law: notaries, lawyers, bailiffs, chartered accountants and CPI.

Véronique, passionate about finance and companies, is a member of the investment committee of Aurinvest Capital 2.
